ORLANDO, Fla. – The Nichols College men's tennis team wrapped up its Florida trip with its fourth-straight win, defeating Lawrence University, 8-1, on Sunday afternoon in Orlando, Fla.

The Bison improve to 5-2 overall with the win and return to action next Saturday when they open Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play with a 1:00 p.m. match at Endicott. The Vikings drop to 4-5 with the setback.

August Moeller battled to an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles over sophomore Cade Francour and sophomore Aidan Delgado. Sophomore

Peter Coletti added an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles over freshman Evan Oriel and freshman Matt Chan, while sophomore
Brandon Howard and junior
Igor Markowski posted an 8-1 win at No. 3 doubles against sophomore Andrea Arivella and sophomore Yang Zhao.

Bruno Cavalcanti registered matching 6-1, 6-0 wins at No. 2 and No. 6 singles, while Norton and sophomore
Jack Donaldson added matching 6-0, 6-0 victories at No. 3 and No. 5 singles, respectively. Howard added a 6-2, 7-6 win at No. 1 singles over Delgado to give the Bison their final point of the day.
