STRENGTH & CONDITIONING DEPARTMENT STANDARDS:
- Timeliness: 10 minutes early to EVERY session - early is on time.
- Communication: Any conflicts with training is to be communicated as soon as possible.
- Attire: Bison or team-specific attire ONLY - train as a unit.
- Respect: For the equipment, coaches, and fellow student-athletes.
- Attitude: Always be positive - always controllable.
- Effort: Always high - always controllable.
