Standards:
  • Timeliness: 10 minutes early to every session. Early is on time.
  • Communication: Any conflicts with training are communicated as soon as possible.
  • Attire: Bison or team-specific attire. Train as a unit.
  • Respect: For the equipment, coaches, and fellow student-athletes.
  • Attitude: Always positive. Always controllable.
  • Effort: Always high. Always controllable.
