The Athletic Communications office at Nichols College serves as the central hub for all media relations, communications, and press operations for the college's 24 varsity athletic programs. Dedicated to elevating the student-athlete experience and strengthening the visibility of Nichols sports, the office manages game coverage, statistical reporting, press releases, digital content, and historical records across all programs. In collaboration with coaches, student-athletes, and campus partners, the office oversees media relations, coordinates interviews and credentialing, and produces written, photo, and video content for fans, alumni, and the wider community. The team also maintains the official Nichols Athletics website and supports live event operations to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging coverage of every home competition.

Nichols College has established the following policy concerning equal access by the news media covering Nichols College contests. The following policy applies ONLY to home regular season contests. Games on the road, as well as postseason competition, may differ. The following is the College policy:
Nichols College athletic locker rooms are primarily for the use of team members, the coaching staff, and the Nichols College Division of Athletics support staff. Authorized team personnel are allowed in the locker rooms at any time unless others are invited in by the coaching staff or athletics staff. Athletic team members will be brought out to an interview area as requested by the news media covering the event. We will also not bring media members into the athletic training room for interviews unless given permission from the Nichols College athletic training staff.
