BEVERLY, Mass. – The Nichols College golf team placed third at the 2021 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship Monday at the Beverly Golf and Tennis Club. The Bison posted a team score of 634.

Sophomore Colby Mitchell led the Bison and finished third overall at +12; he finished the first day of competition (Sunday) three-over par (73) before shooting a 79 on Monday.

Senior Jake Mola was next for head coach Tim Howard in 15th place at +15 (79-82-161). Senior Jacob Willis (79-83-162) and junior Casey Torname (81-81-162) shared 17th place at +22, while senior Reece McLeod earned a share of 20th place at +23 (83-80-163).

Western New England won the event with a team score of 621, followed by Endicott at 626.
