To UMass Hospital Locations:
From the Athletic/Recreation Center Parking Lot, turn right onto Center Rd. At first four-way stop sign go straight to remain on Center Rd. At the next stop sign bear to the right slightly (the road becomes Dudley Oxford Rd), follow to the fork in the road and bear to the left. You will remain on Dudley Oxford Rd. At 4-way stop sign, go straight and follow until road ends. Turn right on W. Main St. and head into the center of Oxford. At the stop light (where Cumberland Farms is on your left) go straight across onto Sutton Ave and follow the signs for Rte 395 N towards Worcester.
UMASS Hahnemann Campus (281 Lincoln St, Worcester, MA 01605)
For the Hahnemann Campus, follow Rte 395 as it turns into Rte 290 East. From Rte 290, take Exit #20 and follow the signs for Burncoat and Lincoln Streets. Turn right at the first traffic signal. Hahnemann Campus is ¼ mile on the left. Turn left on Brittan Lane. Parking lots are in the back ($2 or free if you can find a spot on the street). Prior to leaving for your appointment you need to call (508) 334-9902 to register. Have your health insurance card available when calling. Sports Medicine is on the 3rd floor.
UMASS Memorial (119 Belmont St., Worcester, MA 01605)
For UMASS Memorial Campus, follow Rte 395 as it turns into Rte 290 East. From Rte 290, take Exit 17. Turn right off the exit onto Belmont Street (Rte 9). Memorial Campus will be immediately on your left. Follow signs to ER. If going for MRI, follow signs for patient parking then take elevator C to the 1st floor and go right off elevator and left down hallway.
UMASS University (55 Lake Avenue North Rte 395, Worcester, MA 01655)
For UMASS University Campus, follow Rte 395 as it turns into Rte 290 East. From Rte 290, take Exit 17. Turn right off the exit onto Belmont Street (Rte 9). Go past Memorial Hospital and continue on Rte 9 for several miles. University Campus will be on your left. Follow the signs to the ER.
CMMIC MRI Center (367 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01605)
Follow Rte 395 as it turns into Rte 290 East. From Rte 290, take exit 17 (Rte 9) toward Framingham. Turn right onto Belmont St which is Rte 9 East. Follow for just over a mile and turn left onto Plantation St. At the traffic light, turn left onto Biotech Park towards the Beechwood Hotel. Turn right into the first driveway and proceed to the second building at the end of the parking lot. NOTE: Biotech Park is across Plantation St from UMass Memorial- University Campus.
UMass Memorial MRI (214 Shrewsbury St., Worcester, MA 01604)
Follow Rte 395 as it turns into Rte 290 East. From Rte 290 East, take exit 15. Go left from the ramp and go straight through 3 sets of lights. After the 3rd set of lights bear to the left to make a U-turn.
To Harrington Hospital:
Harrington Hospital (100 South St #205, Southbridge, MA 01550)
From the Athletic/Recreation Center parking lot, turn left onto Center Rd. Turn right onto W. Main St/ MA-197. Continue on Rte 197 as you cross into CT. At the light, turn right onto Quinebaug Rd/ CT 131. Continue to follow Rte 131 as you cross back into MA. Stay on Rte 131 for approximately 5.5 miles. Then at the roundabout, take the third exit to Main St/ MA 131. Look for Rite-Aid and take slight left onto South St. Harrington Hospital is on the right after about a half mile. Follow signs to Emergency Room.
Harrington HealthCare at Hubbard (340 Thompson Road, Webster, MA 01570)
From the Athletics/Recreation Center parking lot, turn right onto Center Road. Turn right onto Tanyard/Airport Road. Continue straight past Dudley Hill Golf Course (on left) and, at the light at the bottom of the hill (Cumberland Farms will be on your left), turn left onto W Main Street. Continue approx. 2 miles on W Main Street, then turn right onto Lake Street. Proceed approx. 1 mile, then turn right onto Thompson Road at the stop light. Continue 1.5 miles to hospital, which will be on the right side.

UMASS University Campus ER (55 Lake Avenue North, Worcester, MA 01655)
From June R. Levy Rink, start out going southeast on East Ave/RI-107 toward Whipple Ave. Turn LEFT onto Broncos Hwy/RI-102; continue to follow RI-102. Turn LEFT onto North Main Street/RI-146A. Continue to follow RI-146A (Crossing into Massachusetts). Merge onto MA-146N via the ramp on the LEFT toward Sutton/Worcester. Merge onto I-290E toward Shrewsbury/Marlboro. Take the Plantation Street (exit 21) toward Worcester. Take the Plantation Street ramp toward Rt-9. Turn slight RIGHT onto Plantation Street. Turn LEFT onto Natural History Rd. Continue to follow Natural History Road- Natural History Road becomes Lake Ave North. Follow signs to ER.
Landmark Medical Center (115 Cass Ave. Woonsocket, RI 02895)
From June R. Levy Rink, start out going southeast on East Ave/RI-107 toward Whipple Ave. Turn LEFT onto Broncos Hwy/RI-102; continue to follow RI-102. RI-102 becomes RI-146A. Turn LEFT onto South Main Street. Stay straight to go onto Clinton Street. Turn RIGHT onto Cumberland St/RI-126. Turn LEFT onto Cass Ave. Follow signs for Hospital.
Lady of Fatima Hospital (200 High Service Ave. North Providence, RI 02904)
From June R. Levy Rink, start out going southeast on East Ave/RI-107 toward Whipple Ave. Turn LEFT onto Broncos Hwy/RI-102. Turn RIGHT onto Douglas Turnpike/RI-7; continue to follow RI-7 S. Turn RIGHT onto Fitzhugh Street- Fitzhugh Street becomes Puritan Street. Turn RIGHT onto Mineral Spring Ave/RI-15. Turn LEFT onto Smithfield Rd. Turn slight RIGHT onto High Service Avenue. Follow signs for Hospital.
