Alyvia Smith has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Women's Basketball Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Smith is also the first player from the program to bring home weekly honors this season.
Smith totaled 50 points (25.0 PPG) in a perfect 2-0 week for the Bison, going 17-of-34 (50.0%) from the field and 11-of-22 (50.0%) from three-point range, alongside an additional stat line of 12 rebounds and three assists. Her week also included a 35-point performance in Nichols' 79-37 win over Wentworth, which set the program record for single-game three-point field goals (9).
