DUDLEY, Mass. – Nichols College women's basketball senior
Angie Coletti has been selected as the Conference of New England (CNE) Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Executive Board Chair for the 2026-27 academic year.
Coletti will serve as the primary student-athlete representative for the Conference of New England, leading the conference's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee while helping shape initiatives that enhance the student-athlete experience across the league. In her role as Executive Board Chair, she will work alongside campus SAAC representatives from each CNE institution to promote leadership, community engagement, mental health awareness, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and conference-wide programming.
A member of the Nichols women's basketball program, Coletti has been an active leader on campus throughout her collegiate career. She has represented Nichols on the institution's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, helping organize campus events, community service opportunities, and initiatives designed to strengthen the voice of Nichols student-athletes.
"Angie is an outstanding leader who has earned the respect of her teammates, coaches, and peers, and this appointment reflects the impact she has made both on our campus and throughout the Conference of New England", said Director of Athletics Kristan Mallet. "Serving as Chair of the SAAC Executive Board is a tremendous honor and responsibility, and I have no doubt Angie will be an exceptional advocate for the student-athlete experience. We are incredibly proud to see her represent Nichols College in this prestigious leadership role."
As Executive Board Chair, Coletti will preside over conference SAAC meetings, collaborate with conference administrators and NCAA representatives, and serve as the voice of CNE student-athletes on issues affecting the Division III experience.
