WASHINGTON, N.J. – The Nichols men's golf team competed in their first spring tournament of 2023, the Garden State Collegiate Invitational at Hawk Pointe Golf Club, on Sunday. The team finished in seventh place, shooting a combined score of 299 as a team.
 
Colby Mitchell highlighted the efforts of the Bison, finishing tied for eighth individually, coming in at an even par 72. Drew Stanton put together a solid round for Nichols, shooting a 74, to finish tied for 18th. Luke Sargent (75), Cameron Desante (78), and Evan Libby (81) rounded out the scoring for the Bison.
 
Nichols will spend the week prepping for the Farmingdale State Spring Golf Invitational at Bethpage Red in Farmingdale, N.Y. this upcoming weekend, April 22-23.
