The Nichols College golf team placed third at the Susquehanna Invitational this past weekend at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club.

TJ Barber led the Bison and tied for the fourth-lowest mark at +8, finishing day one at +2 and day two at +6. Classmate
Patrick Hesseltine was next for head coach
Tim Howard as he finished +10, which was the sixth-lowest score. He shot a 79 on the first day and a 75 on the second day.

Jacob Willis was third for NC, finishing at +12 to earn a share of eighth place. Sophomore
Reece McLeod shared ninth place (+13) while senior
Colton Hudson shared 11th place (+15).

Three things you need to know...
            -Hunter Mickatavage (Rosemont) captured first place after defeating teammate Mike Lange in a playoff. Both finished the event at +4.
            -Rosemont won the event with a score of 606 – seven strokes ahead of Lebanon Valley College (613) and 11 ahead of the Bison (617).
            -With this weekend's performance, Hesseltine lowered his season average from 78 to 77.
