SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Nichols College golf team earned a share of second place at the 2019 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship Sunday afternoon at the Country Club of Wilbraham.

With Saturday's round washed out because of rain, the entire 36-hole tournament was played this afternoon. The Bison held a two-stroke lead over the field after 18 holes with a score of 315, only to see Endicott go from worst (318) to first by shooting a 293 over the final 18 holes to finish +35. Nichols and host Western New England tied for second (+40) while Roger Williams (+52) was fourth.
Sophomore
Reece McLeod led the Bison and placed third at +6 (76-74-150) – four strokes off the lead. Junior
Patrick Hesseltine was next for head coach
Tim Howard at +9 (77-76-153), which earned him a share of fifth place. Sophomore
Jacob Willis tied for 10th place by finishing +15 (81-77-158).
Junior
TJ Barber finished the day +16 (79-80-159) to place 13th while senior
Colton Hudson tied for 15th at +19 (87-76-163).
Ryan Zogby (Endicott) was a medalist, finishing +2 (76-70-146).
