SALEM, Mass. – The Nichols College golf team placed third at the 2018 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship Sunday afternoon at Kernwood Country Club. The Bison finished the championship at +70, shooting a 319 on Saturday and a 311 on Sunday.

Results

Freshman Reece McLeod was the highest finisher for the Bison as he earned a share of 11th place at +15 (79-76). Sophomore TJ Barber finished 13th at +16, shooting a 79 on Saturday and a 77 on Sunday.

Senior Remy Fletcher placed 15th as he finished at +15 after shooting a 79 on both days of competition. Classmate Dylan Casserly grabbed 16th place with a +22 (83-79) while sophomore Patrick Hesseltine shared 17th place at +26 (82-84).

Western New England won the event, finishing at +23 (289-294-583). Endicott was next at +43 (303-300-603), the Bison and Roger Williams at +82 (316-326-642).
