DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College golf team, led by medalists Pat Pio (Somers, Conn.) and Chris Healy (Charlton, Mass.), placed first at the Bison's home tri-match against Brandeis and Endicott Friday afternoon at the Dudley Hill Golf Course. Pio and Healy both shot a 74 to lead Nichols, which finished with a composite 304. Brandeis finished with a team score of 318, while Endicott scored a 319 as a team.

Nichols' junior Shawn Santos (Agawam, Mass.) placed third overall with a 75, while Aaron Hattenback of Brandeis placed fourth with a 76. Senior Chris Brock (Pomfret Center, Conn.) and Bruce Carter, Jr. (Worcester, Mass.) rounded out play for Nichols with an 81 and 82 respectively.

The Bison are back in action at home on Friday, September 26, when they host Elms, Becker, Anna Maria and Wentworth at the Dudley Hill Golf Course at noon.
