DUDLEY, Mass. – Nichols College men's lacrosse head coach John Carroll has announced the addition of Ryan Gayman to his coaching staff.

A 2021 graduate of Providence College, Gayman was a four-year member of the Friars club lacrosse team, which captured the 2019 National College Lacrosse League (NCLL) National Championship. He received his Bachelor of Art in Business Economics last May.

"I'm excited to bring Ryan on to join our coaching staff," said Carroll, who begins his third season at Nichols in 2022. "His knowledge and passion for the offensive side of the game really stood out to me during the interview process. I look forward to working with him and having our players learn under his guidance."

Gayman was a four-year starter for the club at offensive midfield. As a senior, he served as vice president for the club, which involved scheduling practices and field times, as well as overseeing the well being of teammates during COVID.

The Bison open the 2022 campaign on Saturday, February 19 at Emerson at 1 p.m.
