DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College Division of Athletics has announced the move-in dates for all 2025-2026 fall student-athletes. All potential student-athletes are required to be cleared with the following:
- Head Coach of their appropriate program
- Student Financial Services (student.financialservices@nichols.edu)
- Athletic Training – Medical Forms (see below)
- NCAA and Nichols Compliance Forms (see below)
- Sports Information Forms (player background-see below)
The Head Coach of the respective sport will e-mail a move-in itinerary to all authorized student-athletes. The athletes are expected to check their Nichols e-mail regularly for updated information and communication. All athletes will receive a schedule of their entire pre-season and the required First Year Student Orientation schedule.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION
- Student ID's - all returning students must bring their ID's to check-in on their assigned date. New students will receive their ID at Fall Orientation or will be sent to Public Safety to obtain an ID.
- Student Financial Services - All financial aid paperwork must be complete and clearance from the Office of Financial Aid is required to check-in. Any athletes not financially cleared will not be allowed to check in for preseason.
- Parking Sticker – Accessible by logging into "The Hub"

Nichols College uses Point N' Click for all medical form's campus wide.
- EVERYONE should use the link here to access their health portal: https://bisoncare.nichols.edu/
- You will log in using your Nichols OneLogin credentials
- Once you are logged in, you will click "View Forms and Requirements"
- This will open a page with all the requirements needed. Some are consent documents, others need to be filled out and signed by a doctor, and then uploaded back into the system
- New Student-Athletes will need:
- A valid Physical within 6 months per the NCAA
- A copy of Sickle Cell results
- A Copy of your Health Insurance Card, front and back
- Immunization Requirements
- Complete the other documents in the PNC Portal
- You can access this through your computer or mobile device. You must take CLEAR pictures of the completed documents to upload.
- Please note that some documents need to be acknowledged once uploaded, so you may not see the RED X turn into a GREEN CHECK right away.
PLEASE NOTE: Per the NCAA, EVERY student-athlete must complete a baseline concussion assessment before the start of every school year. Nichols College partners with ImPact Applications for this. This is an additional medical clearance requirement not associated with Point N' Click. All student athletes will receive an email early-July from ImPact with a link to complete on their own time, prior to arrival.

* Student-athletes will not receive player packs without the entire form being completed before check-in date.
