BIDDEFORD, Maine (1/31/2025) – The Nichols College men's hockey team dropped a Conference of New England (CNE) match-up to #11 UNE on Friday night from Harold Alfond Forum.

Freshman Ryan Austin scored the lone goal for the Bison, while juniors Aaron Hamel and Jack Lee added assists. Sophomore Nick Anderson and freshman Liam Choquette both saw time in between the pipes. Choquette stopped 25 shots in the game.

The Nor'easters scored four times in the first period on their way to a 7-1 win. Austin ended the shutout bid in the second period, as the lone Bison goal scorer.

Nichols will return home to Levy Rink and welcome in the Nor'easters. Puck drop is set for 4:40 p.m.
