DUDLEY, Mass. (11/16/2024) – The Nichols College football team honored their 23 seniors on Senior Day as they faced off against Western New England in Conference of New England (CNE) play on Saturday from Vendetti Field, The Bison lost 56-28 to the Golden Bears.

Senior
Jack Morvan set the single season
receiving record with his 967
receiving yards this past season. Morvan passes Tony Martignoli who had 940 yards back in 2016.
Graduate Student
Joshua Vitti recorded six catches for 126 yards and one touchdown and Morvan also caught six balls for 117 yards and two touchdowns for the Bison. Freshman
Will Migliaccio went 21-34 for 324 yard and four touchdowns.
Freshman
Caden Kehoe led the way with five solo tackles and nine total tackles including one sack for a 10-yard loss. Senior
Derrick Revolus was excellent in his final game with the Bison, making seven total tackles, four pass breakups and an interception as well.
The Golden Bears jumped out to a 14-0 lead just under seven minutes into the game. The Bison answered with a 65-yard touchdown pass to Morvan, as the Bison cut into the lead, 14-7. Nichols continued their pressure and Migliaccio found Vitti on a 44-yard pass just 12 seconds into the second quarter to even the score at 14-14.
Western New England then added back-to-back touchdowns and took a 28-14 lead into the locker room. The Golden Bears outscored Nichols 14-0 in the third quarter and extended their lead to 42-14. Morvan scored at the start of the fourth quarter to make it 42-21. Graduate Student
Topher Ryan scored his first touchdown of the season in his final game to help Nichols reach 28 points in the game.
Western New England won the game 56-28 over the Bison. For Nichols, their first season comes to an end under Head Coach
