DUDLEY, Mass. - Nichols men's tennis earned its first victory of its fall campaign in a 5-1 triumph over Eastern Nazarene in non-conference play on Sunday afternoon at the Robinson Tennis Courts. The match was halted early due to inclement weather, resulting in multiple unfinished games.

Leon Zeis assumed the duties on court number one and solidified a 6-3, 6-0 victory.
Yannick De Vet scored a 6-4, 2-6, 7-5 win over Sanchez of Eastern Nazarene to give the Bison a 5-0 cushion before Hernandez snapped the Nichols sweep bid with a three-set triumph over Dieckmann.
Nichols is set to travel to Brunswick, Maine for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) New England Championship next weekend, hosted by Bowdoin.
