BOSTON, Mass. – Freshman
McKenzie Muir scored the game-winning goal with 3:58 remaining in overtime to give the Nichols College women's lacrosse team a 15-14 win over Wentworth Institute of Technology Thursday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Sweeney Field.

Hadley Houghton netted five goals and senior
Sam Ahaesy added four as the Bison moved to 9-3 on the season (3-1 CCC). Houghton and Ahaesy also combined for five assists while seniors
Brooke Pelley and
Elizabeth Luster each scored twice.
Sophomore and reigning CCC Defensive Player of the Week
Keri Tremblay won her fourth contest of the season, turning away 11 shots while gathering nine ground balls. Houghton won six draw controls and collected four GB's, Tremblay caused three turnovers, and Muir tallied five draw controls, three ground balls, and two caused turnovers.
Nichols now leads the all-time series, 6-3.
