DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College baseball team rebounded from a 6-5 loss in the opener to earn an 8-8 tie with Salve Regina University in the nightcap Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) baseball action at the Nichols Baseball Field.

Justin Hurley got the start on the bump for NC and allowed four hits and five runs (four earned) with two walks and one strikeout in 5.1 innings of work.
Game Two: Nichols 8, Salve Regina 8 (12 inn.)
Hyde went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and three RBI for the Bison (6-11-1, 0-4-1 CCC) while Ellis also picked up three hits and drove in a run. Cormier, meanwhile, tallied three hits and scored twice, and sophomore

Sean Ryan fanned six in three innings for NC before junior
Jack Kabel tossed 4.1 innings of relief, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out six.
