DUDLEY, Mass. – Senior 
Hunter Ferreira potted four goals to lift the Nichols College men's lacrosse team to an 8-5 win over the University of New England Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) on Senior Day at Vendetti Field.

Cian Keohane and junior 
Ryan Warner each netted two goals for the Bison (7-8, 3-3 CCC), who saw sophomore 
Colby Gillis rack up four assists to break the single season assist record of 42, set by David French in 1975. Senior 
Conor Santoni dished out two assists while classmate 
Scott Ehrenberg – who earlier this season became the single-season face-off record holder – won 15-of-16 at the X (.938) and collected seven ground balls.
Nichols held a 45-36 edge in shots and received 16 saves from freshman 
Brady Morgan, who moved to 7-5 with the win. Sophomore 
Kyle Ettenhofer registered four ground balls.
Prior to the contest, the Bison honored seniors Keohane, Ferreira, Santoni, Ehrenberg, 
Joseph Busa, 
Jarrod Sweeney, 
Ethan Hopey, and
 Lejaun Pope for their contributions to the program over the past four seasons.
