Hawks best Bison in Bristol, 14-11

BRISTOL, R.I. – Senior Cian Keohane scored six goals in Nichols College's 14-11 loss at Roger Williams University Wednesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Bayside Field.

The Yorktown Heights, New York native now has 49 goals on the season, which is two shy of the program record of 51, set by David French in 1974. Classmate Connor Santoni added two goals and two helpers for the Bison (7-9, 3-4 CCC), who also received three points (2-1-3) from sophomore Colby Gillis and two assists from both senior Hunter Ferreira and junior Ryan Warner.

Senior Scott Ehrenberg won 18-of-26 at the X and closed the evening with 11 ground balls. Sophomore Kyle Ettenhofer caused four turnovers for the Bison while freshman Brady Morgan stopped six shots.
