DUDLEY, Mass. – Graduate student Nathaniel Cormier belted a solo home run and drove in four in Nichols College's 12-2 win over Wentworth Institute of Technology Tuesday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) baseball action at the Nichols Baseball Field.

Cormier collected a pair of RBI singles and also drew a bases-loaded walk as the Bison (10-11-1, 3-4-1 CCC) stretched their win streak to four. Junior Brad Ellis went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored while sophomore Brennan Hyde and freshman William Nath both picked up two RBI.

The Bison sent 12 men to the plate in the first and opened up a 6-0 lead in the first behind a solo shot from Cormier, an RBI single off the bat of Hyde, a two-run single from Ellis, an RBI single from sophomore Andrew Croteau, and a run-scoring single from Cormier.

Freshman Ben Weber was credited with the win as he tossed four shutout innings to move to 2-0 on the season.
