Ray Wang tied his season-high for kills with 21 as the Nichols College men's volleyball team rallied from an 0-2 deficit to stun SUNY Potsdam 3-2 Sunday afternoon in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action at the Nichols Athletic Center.
The Bison (14-9, 4-0 NECC) – who dropped set one 25-23 and set two 25-22 – captured the final three sets by scores of 25-21, 25-14, and 15-9, and have now won six of their last seven matches.
Wang also picked up nine digs and a pair of blocks to go with a .425 hitting pct. Sophomore
Tanner Soracco racked up a double-double with 16 kills, 17 digs, three service aces, and three blocks while senior
Collin Hunter picked up 12 kills and finished with a .750 hitting pct.

Nick Martin registered 52 assists – his third 50-assist contest of the season – and freshman
Dylan Knapp went for eight blocks and three kills. Nichols posted a team hitting pct. of .321 and held the Bears (12-16, 3-2 NECC) to a .000 hitting pct. in both the fourth and fifth sets.
