Buzzards clip Bison, 3-1

BUZZARDS BAY, Mass. – Graduate student Nathaniel Cormier picked up an RBI double in Nichols College's 3-1 loss to Massachusetts Maritime Academy Friday afternoon in non-conference baseball action at Handy Field.

Sophomore Andrew Croteau collected two of the Bison's seven hits on the afternoon while classmate Ben Jerome notched a double. Senior Justin Hurley saw his record move to 1-1 on the season as he surrendered four hits and three runs (one earned) in 5.2 innings of work. He did not walk a batter and fanned five.
