WENHAM, Mass. – The Nichols College women's basketball team was defeated by Gordon College 94-67 Tuesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the Bennett Center.

Sophomore Abrianna Vazquez led the Bison with 31 points – including 11-of-14 from the charity stripe – while classmate Summer Klein dropped in 13 points to go with nine rebounds. Junior Toni Geisel added six points and six boards.

Nichols forced 27 turnovers but saw the Fighting scots connect on 44 percent of their field goal attempts. They also shot 71 percent from the free throw line (27-of-38) and held a 63-31 edge in rebounding.
