DUDLEY, Mass. – Sophomore
Summer Klein scored a game-high 24 points in Nichols College's 88-65 win over Wentworth Institute of Technology Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the Nichols Athletic Center.
Klein also snared seven rebounds to go with five dimes and three steals as the Bison (8-12, 4-9 CCC) snapped their four-game losing skid. Classmate
Abrianna Vazquez added 20 points while senior
Jillian Spillane chipped in with 13 rebounds, five points, two steals and two assists on Senior Day.

Amanda Donoghue made her first collegiate start and finished with six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two points in 21 minutes of action. NC junior
Leandra Ortiz knocked down three triples and finished with 17 points while classmate
Erin Cann pulled down six boards.
The Bison forced 32 turnovers which led to 22 points and were outrebounded by just one at 55-54. The Leopards (3-15, 1-11 CCC) shot 31 percent from the field and just 56 percent from the charity stripe.
Nichols has now won four-straight and eight of the last 12 meetings with WIT.
