DUDLEY, Mass. – Sophomore
Abrianna Vazquez poured in a career-high 36 points as the Nichols College women's basketball team snapped a 13-game losing skid to Endicott College with a 76-67 win Wednesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the Nichols Athletic Center.
The Dedham, Massachusetts native knocked down 13 of her 24 field goal attempts (54 percent) as the Bison snapped a three-game losing skid and improved to 9-15 on the season (5-12 CCC). Nichols last defeated the Gulls on February 11, 2015 by a score of 81-73 in overtime.

Hadley Houghton chipped in with 15 points off the bench, highlighted by a perfect 3-of-3 shooting performance from downtown. Sophomore
Summer Klein added 11 points while senior
Jillian Spillane pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
Nichols shot 41 percent from the field – including 39 percent from downtown. The Gulls (15-9, 12-5 CCC) outrebounded the Bison 63-36 but struggled shooting the ball, canning 32 percent of their shots (4-of-24 three-pointers).
Nichols' nine wins are the most for the program since the 2013-14 campaign, when they closed the season 11-15.
