Summer Klein scored 17 points in Nichols College's 74-66 loss to Suffolk University Monday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's Basketball action at the Nichols Athletic Center.

Abrianna Vazquez filled the stat sheet with 20 points, five rebounds, four dimes and four steals for the Bison (8-15, 4-12 CCC). Junior
Leandra Ortiz also reached double-figures in scoring as she collected 13 points to go with five steals and four rebounds.
Nichols shot 30 percent from the field and knocked down seven of its 30 attempts from downtown. The Bison also connected on 11-of-13 from the charity stripe – including a perfect 8-for-8 form Vazquez.
The Rams (17-6, 11-5 CCC) opened up an early 17-3 lead in the first and later held a 45-28 lead early in the third. Four-straight free throws from Vazquez brought the Bison to within seven early in the fourth before Suffolk – which outrebounded NC 62-44 – pulled away.
