Jakigh Dottin scored a game-high 35 points in Nichols College's 101-82 win over Western New England University Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's basketball action at the Alumni Healthful Living Center.

Jaekwon Spencer added 19 points – highlighted by four 3-pointers – while classmate
Jason O'Regan dropped in three from long distance and finished with 14 points and 10 boards. The win pushes the Bison to 20-2 on the season (13-2 CCC) and extends their winning streak to nine, which is tied for the seventh-longest in program history. Freshman
Tahmeen Dupree closed the day with 13 points and four dimes for Nichols.
NC graduate student
Matt Morrow knocked down six of his eight field goal attempts and finished with 14 points. In the process, he moved into sole possession of the all-time games played record at Nichols College with 120.
Dottin scored 24 points in the opening stanza to give NC a 10-point halftime lead at 54-44. Midway through the third, Spencer canned a triple to extend the lead to 28 points at 86-58. The Bison finished the contest shooting 55 percent (34-of-62) – including 50 percent from deep (12-of-24).
The Golden Bears (11-11, 9-7 CCC) made 45 percent of their shots (35-of-78) and were led by Alex Sikorski with 18 points.
