DUDLEY, Mass. - The Nichols men's soccer program fell to Salve Regina University, 3-1, Saturday night at Vendetti Field.
The Seahawks (8-2-4, 4-1-1 CCC) got on the board first, netting a goal in the first ten minutes of the first half. Salve entered the halftime break with a 2-0 lead, following a second goal at the 26-minute mark. The Seahawks struck for their third and final goal of the match halfway through the second half.

Miron Jusufi scored the lone Bison (7-6-3, 0-2-3 CCC) goal with just over seven minutes remaining in the match, tapping in a feed from graduate student

Derek Axon recorded eight saves on the contest, extending his CCC lead in saves on the season to 67.
Nichols returns to action Tuesday, October 18, as they host Gordon College in a CCC matchup at the Nichols Soccer Field. Kickoff is slated for 3:00 p.m.
