Fighting Scots knock off Bison,2-0

DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College field hockey program suffered a 2-0 loss to Gordon College Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Vendetti Field.

The Bison (4-3, 0-1 CCC) outshot the Fighting Scots 15-3 – including 7-0 in the fourth quarter – but were unable to sneak one past Gordon goalie Katelyn Pelletier, who recorded six saves.

Junior Mackenzie Doran led NC student-athletes with four shots.
