DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College field hockey team took a 4-1 loss to Elms College Sunday afternoon at a rainy Vendetti Field.
Senior
Carlee Tolley scored her third goal of the season for the Bison (1-2) off a well-executed penalty corner with assists going to sophomores
Mackenzie Doran and
Erin Anthony. Each team fired off 25 shots as Nichols sophomore goalkeeper
Megan Fuchs recorded eight saves for the Bison.
Tolley's goal early in the third knotted the score at one before the Blazers (2-0-1) recorded the final three goals of the contest. Nichols held a 13-11 edge in penalty corners.
