DUDLEY, Mass. – Senior Liza Phillips scored her first collegiate goal in Nichols College's 6-2 loss to Lasell University Sunday afternoon in non-conference field hockey action at Vendetti Field.

Classmate Ashleigh Tolley also found the back of the net for the Bison while senior Lauryn White recorded a pair of defensive saves and sophomore Hailey Meader tallied one assist and a defensive save.

Sophomore Megan Fuchs turned aside 19 shots for Nichols, which held a 33-29 edge in shots. Senior Carlee Tolley led the Bison with 15 shot attempts.
