Lauren Rokala scored her first two goals of the season in Nichols College's 4-2 win over Curry College Saturday evening in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Levy Rink.

Alicia Hunks added a goal and an assist – her third goal in less than 24 hours – as the Bison moved to 6-2-0 on the season (4-2-0 CCC) – the best start through eight games in program history. Senior
Isabella Portt also potted a goal for NC, giving her three tucks in her last four games.
Freshman netminder
McKenzie Muir got her first collegiate start between the pipes and recorded 19 saves. She becomes the third goaltender to pick up a win for head coach
Michael Barrett this season; the only other time three NC goalies have recorded a win in one season was 2018-19 (Cassandra Goyette,
Abby Bassett, Stephanie Runciman).
The Bison outshot the Colonels 32-21.
