DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College women's basketball team scored a program-record 102 points in a 24-points win over Fitchburg State Saturday afternoon in non-conference action at the Nichols Athletic Center.

Abrianna Vazquez nearly recorded a triple-double, finishing with 22 points, nine steals, and seven assists while freshman
Hadley Houghton dropped in a career-high 15 points along with four rebounds and three steals.
Winners of three-straight for the first time since 2013-14, the Bison (4-2) shot 42 percent from the field and never trailed in the game, leading by as many as 29 points in the fourth quarter. The defense also forced 46 turnovers which turned into 50 Nichols points.
The previous record for points in one game was 97 against Roger Williams back on February 15, 2007.
