DUDLEY, Mass. – Freshman Tahmeen Dupree scored a career-high 20 points in Nichols College's 88-78 win over Anna Maria College Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's basketball action at the Nichols Athletic Center.

Dupree was one of six student-athletes to reach double-figures in scoring and saw two student-athletes record a double-double – graduate student Matt Alectus (12 points, 10 rebounds) and senior Jaekwon Spencer (10 points, 13 rebounds). Junior Jakigh Dottin registered 12 points and nine assists while senior Jason O'Regan pulled down 15 boards to go with seven points.

The Bison (3-0) shot 41 percent from the field (33-of-81) and knocked down 10 3-pointers as Alectus and sophomore Bryson Andrews each sank a pair. They also outrebounded the AMCats (1-1) by a 58-47 margin.

Nichols is now 3-0 for the third consecutive season.
