Joshua Pierre-Charles and sophomore 
Archie Killian each rushed for a touchdown in Nichols College's 35-20 loss to Salve Regina University Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Football action at Vendetti Field.
Freshman 
Cameron Bowden also scored, hauling in an 18-yard TD reception from junior signal caller 
Logan Sawyer – for the Bison (2-4, 0-2 CCC), who scored 14 fourth-quarter points as they attempted to rally back and tie the game after trailing 35-7.
Sawyer finished the day with 294 yards through the air but was also intercepted twice by the Seahawks (6-1, 2-1 CCC). Pierre-Charles led the Bison with 60 yards on the ground while senior 
Hunter Ferreira finished with eight catches for 96 yards. Bowdon, meanwhile, caught five passes for 47 yards.
Defensively, graduate student 
Earl Jones recorded eight tackles to lead the Bison while sophomore 
Mark James Jr. racked up an interception.
The Seahawks rushed for 204 yards, led by Joey Mauriello with 203 on 30 carries (6.8 ypc). He also scored three touchdowns (56, 14, 10).
