Senior Danielle Kozloski scored four goals in Nichols College's 20-9 loss to Clark (MA) University in non-conference women's lacrosse action Sunday afternoon at Granger Field in Worcester, Mass.
 
Freshmen Madison Robichaud and Kayla Currin each scored their first collegiate goals for the Bison (0-1). Classmate Mackenzie Doran led Nichols in both ground balls (three) and draw controls (three).
 
Senior Molly Steen recorded nine saves while sophomore teammate Sabrina Dembro stopped five and suffered the loss.
 
Three things you need to know...
            -The contest marked the Nichols College coaching debut for William Mraz.
            -The Cougars (3-2) held a 44-21 edge in shots and won 11 of 20 draw controls.
            -Freshman Lainie Renaud picked up her first collegiate point, an assist on one of Kozloski's goals.
