The Nichols College men's volleyball team was defeated by Elms College 3-0 Thursday night in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action at the Maguire Center in Chicopee, Mass.
 
The Bison (7-5, 0-1 NECC) – who rallied from an 0-2 hole to upended Lasell 3-2 less than 24 hours earlier at the Nichols Athletic Center – saw sophomores Ray Wang and Lance Law each record six kills to pace the offense. Senior Oscar Chavez notched six digs and classmate Kevin Keohane handed out 12 assists.
 
Three things you need to know...
               -Tonight's match marked the third all-time meeting between Elms College and Nichols College. The Blazers now lead the series, 3-0.
               -The Blazers won the first set 25-9, and sets two and three by identical 24-14 scores.
               -Wang (3.44) and Law (2.84) sit third and sixth in the conference in kills/set, respectively.
