Madison Perrotti recorded a team-high eight kills to lead the Nichols College women's volleyball team to a 3-0 win over Bay Path College Thursday night in non-conference action at 1st Baptist Gym.

Allyson Tuxbury each added six kills for the Bison (2-1), who posted a solid .278 hitting percent for the match – including .500 in the third and decisive set (14 kills, two errors). Nichols won games one and two by identical 25-16 scores before finishing off the Wildcats 25-11 in the third.

Zoe Chevrette registered 17 assists and seven digs while sophomore
Jayleen Fegan picked up 11 digs and six service aces; she is tied with Tuxbury for the team lead with nine through the early going.

Three things you need to know...
            -Tonight's contest marked the inaugural meeting between Nichols College and Bay Path College. The Bison now lead the series, 1-0.
            -Through her first three collegiate matches, Perrotti is averaging over seven kills/match.
            -Nichols is now 2-1 for the second time in the last three seasons. In 2017, they sandwiched wins over Becker (3-1) and Mitchell (3-0) around a loss to Anna Maria to open the campaign.
