The Nichols College women's volleyball team split its tri-match at Albertus Magnus College on Saturday, scoring a 3-0 win over Lehman College before taking a 3-1 loss to the Falcons in New Haven, Conn.

Madison Perrotti paced the Bison (3-2) with nine kills against the Lighting while senior

Sophie Czerepica notched seven digs as the Bison posted a .473 hitting percentage for the match.
Tuxbury recorded 10 kills to lead the Bison against the Falcons. Perrotti chipped in with nine kills and 13 digs, sophomore
Regan Richard tallied 11 digs and seven kills, and sophomore
Jayleen Fegan racked up 13 digs and a pair of service aces.

-Today's matches marked the first-ever meetings between Nichols College and both Lehman College and Albertus Magnus. The Bison are now 1-0 all-time against the Lightning and 0-1 lifetime against the Falcons.
-The Bison defeated the Lightning 25-16, 25-12, and 25-14.
-Nichols is off to the best five-match start in program history.
