The Nichols College men's soccer team lost to Salve Regina 5-1 Friday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the NC Soccer Field in Dudley, Massachusetts.
The Bison (6-3-1, 1-1-0 CCC) fell behind early after Salve Regina (5-2-2, 1-0-1 CCC) scored a pair of goals just two minutes apart in the 14th and 16th minutes. Nichols was outshot 10-3 in the first half as they went into the break down 2-0 to the Seahawks.
The Seahawks scored three more goals in the second half and were led by Evan MacDonald who recorded three assists in the game, as the Seahawks picked up their first conference win of the season. The Bison got on the board in the 87th minute, with a goal from senior
