Quote
"We knew we had a very strong opponent with Rhode Island College who plays in the Little East. I think we came out strong and played quick and simple soccer. The first goal, 12 seconds into the game was a first for me here at Nichols. Can't get a better start than that. I think I was happier for Jake than he was, when he scored! In the second half, we were under more pressure but our midfield and back four did a great job denying any clear-cut opportunities. We look forward to building off of this win as we start preparing to face our next two opponents." -Nichols head coach
Chris Traina
