The Nichols College men's tennis team defeated Assumption 7-2 in a non-conference match Thursday afternoon at the Pomfret School in Pomfret, Conn.

The Bison (3-3) had four student-athletes pick up two wins across doubles and singles play in a match that brought them back to .500 on the season. Junior
Peter Coletti and senior
Igor Markowski teamed up to win 8-3 at the No. 3 doubles before Coletti picked up a win at the No. 6 singles. Junior
Jack Donaldson also had a three set win at the No. 5 singles.

The Greyhounds (0-9) picked up their two points at the No. 1 singles and No. 3 singles where sophomore Max Francis and freshman Brandon Sze took home wins.
