Three things you need to know...
-Today's contest marked the 60th all-time meeting between Nichols College and Curry College. The Bison have won three of the last four meetings and now lead the series, 33-27. The 98 combined points is a record for one game during the series.
-Pina's four touchdown passes against the Colonels gives him 20 for the season, which ties the single-season record set by Chris Mullins in 2016. Pina has 35 career TD passes, which is five shy of the Michael Carven's record of 40, set from 2002-06.
-Ferreria now has 64 receptions in 2019, which bested the previous program-record of 62, set by Martignoli in 2016. He also has 844 receiving yards this season, which is No. 4 all-time at Nichols. Ferreira enters next week's season finale tied for No. 4 in career touchdown receptions (12), and No. 7 in both receptions (92) and receiving yards (1,360).

Quote
"This win puts us in position to play in a New England bowl game, which is a credit to the student-athletes, coaches, parents, administrators, and alumni. We faced a lot of adversity on the field today, but yet again we played through it and were able to get a win. I could not be prouder of our effort." –Nichols head coach Dale Olmsted
