The Nichols College women's volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 win over Castleton University Tuesday night in non-conference action at the Nichols Athletic Center.
Freshman
Chardae Saunders led the Bison (11-10) with nine kills while senior
Megan Gardner, along with sophomores
Regan Richard and
Jayleen Fegan, each collected six. The Bison won game one 25-10, game two 25-21, and game three 25-20.
Fegan and freshman
Allyson Tuxbury both tallied seven digs while Saunders picked up a pair of solo blocks. Lizzie Goodrich led the Spartans (7-15) with five kills.

-Tonight's contest marked the second meeting in nine days between Nichols College and Castleton University. The Bison now lead the series, 2-0.
-Nichols recorded 16 service aces, led by Gardner with five and Tuxbury with four.

Lindsey Rugg came off the bench and notched three assists, two digs, and two service aces.
