Three things you need to know...
-Today's contest marked the 50th all-time meeting between Nichols College and Western New England University. The Bison lead the series, 25-22-1, and snapped an 11-game losing skid to the Golden Bears with today's win.
-Nichols head coach Jenn Townsend, along with assistant coaches Nicole Simeone and Victoria Utter, were all members of the last Bison team to defeat the Golden Bears back on October 22, 2013.
-Freshman Mackenzie Doran collected a pair of assists and now has 22 points. Today was her third multi-point game this season and second with two assists (Roger Williams, Sept. 18).
