The Nichols College men's soccer team lost to Roger Williams 4-1 in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action Saturday afternoon at Bayside Field in Bristol, Rhode Island.

The Hawks (8-5-3, 3-2-1 CCC) broke open the scoring in the 19th minute with a goal from Stathi Panagiotidis, his second of the year. The Bison outshot the Hawks six to five in the first half, despite trailing 1-0 in the half.

Roger Williams added three more goals in the second half; Garret Bolton, Jake Fitting and Geno Kennedy. The Bison got on the scoreboard in the 82nd minute with a goal from freshman John Fallon, his third of the year.

-Senior goalie Juan Carlos De La Cruz recorded three saves in the match.
-Despite the loss, Nichols outshot Roger Williams 11-10 in the match.
-Today's match marked the 47th all-time meeting between the two programs.
