The Nichols College field hockey team was defeated by Endicott College 4-0 Tuesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at a rainy Vendetti Field.
 
Junior netminder Brooke Misbach stopped 10 save for the Bison, who were outshot 28-7. Junior Erin Kelley led NC with three shots.
 
Freshman Addi Williams scored a pair of goals for the Gulls (8-2, 5-0 CCC) while sophomore Taylor Farrin recorded four saves.
 
Three things you need to know...
-Junior Kristan McCarthy dished out a pair of assists for Endicott.
-Leading the Bison 3-0 entering the second half, the Gulls outshot the Bison 17-5 over the final 35 minutes.
-Endicott held a 6-2 edge in penalty corners.
