The Nichols College men's soccer program lost to Roger Williams 1-0 in Commonwealth Coast Conference action Saturday afternoon at Vendetti Field.
Roger Williams (6-0-0) and Nichols (4-2-0) battled it out all the way to double overtime. Senior
Gregory Giglio and junior
Chris Noga both had three shots apiece on the day but were unable to connect for a goal.
The game remained scoreless until the 107th minute when Roger Williams sophomore Ryan Miller was able to find a cross from junior Stathi Panagiotidis to hand the Hawks the win in double overtime.

Patrick Porpora tallied eight saves in the match.
-The Bison outshot the Hawks 7-3 in overtime.
 -Three yellow cards were issued in the match – two for Nichols, one for Roger Williams.
